How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?
- Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your package to be scanned by the carrier and to start receiving status updates.
How do I submit a return request?
- To submit a return request, please reach out to us via email info@walletaces.com with your full name, order number, and picture of the item(s) you intend on returning. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them and with the full packaging. Returns that are used or are not in the original state will not be received for a refund.Â
How long do I have to return my item?Â
- If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
How do I cancel or change my order?
- Once your order has been paid for and confirmation is received, changes may not be possible. However, if you need to cancel or make changes urgently, please email us at info@walletaces.com with the subject line "URGENT." We will do our best to assist you.
- Please note that if an incorrect address is entered at checkout, we cannot take responsibility for this and will be unable to send a replacement order. We recommend contacting your local carrier to explore options for redirecting the order back to you.
- Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. If you need a refund, you will need to follow our regular returns process.

- Our wallets can store 1-12 cards, recommended storage is 9 cards.
Can I carry coins in my wallet?
My cards aren't popping up as high as they should. Is something wrong?
When your wallet is brand new, the pop-up card mechanism might need a few uses to "warm up." Don’t worry if the cards don’t eject as high in the first few tries—that’s completely normal! After using it a few times, the mechanism will adjust, and your cards will pop up smoothly at the perfect height.

- The Tracker Card has a rechargeable, long-lasting battery that charges with a wireless charger. Each charge lasts up to 6 months, ensuring your card is always ready to help you locate your items.
Can the tracker card be used with both Apple and Android phones?
- Yes, the Tracker card is compatible with both Apple and Android phones. For Apple devices, you can use the Find My app, while for Android devices, you can use the Find My Device app.
Do I receive an AirTag when I purchase the AirTag Cypher wallet?
- No, the AirTag Cypher wallet does not include an AirTag. However, it is specifically designed to securely hold your existing AirTag.
